Thruster/Pull_ups

Todays workout was killer for me bacause as you can notice from my other posts, I have not been useing the Barbell much.

Here is what went down:

10-8-6-4-2 Thrusters @135
alternating with,
20-18-16-12-10 Pull-ups

Time-5:12
