"lipson" back squat/kb swings

AgainFaster Beat the team series is in its 3rd week. They came up with a quick sprint, named after CrossFit legend Dave Lipson.

Kb swings 1.5 pood.

Once completed I went straight into just 2 rounds of the CrossFit Oshawa 5 rounder.
