Well Folks I have done it! I have made it to 50 posts I hope you enjoy my Blog, I know it isn't much but it is all I have time for.
Today I was feeling a lot better, the challenge over the weekend crushed my legs to the point they didn't want to walk yesterday. I over came the pain and felt so good that I threw down two WODs today!
