3x400m sprint, 150 KB Swings

Over the winter I have been doing some sprint drills at the near by college where they have an indoor 200m track.
After doing today's WOD it proves that my training is working. I was faster then I have ever been on my split times.

With a running clock and completing a 400m sprint every 3 min for 3 sets

400m-400m-400m
1:01(PR)-1:07-1:10

Rest 5 min

150 KB swings
Every time the motion of the KB stops don3 burpees.

Time-9:21

I must say that this workout was very tough so if you are going to do it make sure you give all you got on the sprints. Gang on for dear life with the kb swings.
