Post regionals training

It has been two weeks since the Canada East Regionals. The first week after the regionals I was feeling great and only took the Monday off to rest then went five days straight of training.

After the 5 days straight I found myself sore and not having any kind of drive to workout. I have slowly crawled out of this dark hole and feel the need to pick up the pace at the gym.

Tomorrow I will be heading to Poland to visit with family and watch the euro cup. I will be bring some rings along with me and I hope to get a few WODs in while I'm not partying.
