Burpees,pull-ups,cleans
This one was rough I felt good while moving but as soon as I dropped the bar to rest my 5 min the feeling was not very good.
2 rounds, each for time of:
50 Burpees
30 pull-ups
10 cleans 135#/95#
*Rest 5mins
Round 1 4:54
Round 2 5:27
